Considering the data from the research granted by The Found for the Development of Universities (TO č. 12; ČJ. f. 1041/1996) we think over the problems of critical phases of adaptation of young graduates shortly after their coming to practice, we reflect their tendencies to leaving the educational system, and, primarily, their reasons for leaving or for viewing the educational system as attractive. From this point of view we first of all tackle the questions of pecuniary stimulation, professional prestige, neuro-psychological stress and temporal dispositions.
