The aim is to give children, pupils, and students such physical skills and knowledge as would be the basis for lifelong physical activity. The formation of movement literacy is essential from the point of view of society&#8217;s health. Only quality physical education teachers can educate physically literate pupils and students. Their preparation builds on the practical skills and knowledge of modern teaching. C\u00edlem je d\u00e1t d\u011btem, \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm a student\u016fm takov\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 dovednosti, znalosti a podpo\u0159it jejich pozitivn\u00ed vztah a z\u00e1jem, kter\u00e9 by byly z\u00e1kladem pro celo\u017eivotn\u00ed pohybovou aktivitu ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jednotlivce. Vzhledem ke\u00a0z\u0159ejm\u00fdm benefit\u016fm pohybu pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka po cel\u00fd jeho \u017eivot je formov\u00e1n\u00ed pohybov\u00e9 gramotnosti zcela z\u00e1sadn\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z\u00a0hlediska zdrav\u00ed spole\u010dnosti ve smyslu t\u011blesn\u00e9m i du\u0161evn\u00edm, nezastupiteln\u00e1 je pohybov\u00e1 aktivita i v\u00a0oblasti soci\u00e1ln\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat pohybov\u011b gramotn\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky a studenty mohou pouze kvalitn\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy. Jejich p\u0159\u00edprava stav\u00ed nejen na praktick\u00fdch pohybov\u00fdch dovednostech, kter\u00e9 jsou z\u00e1kladem t\u00e9to u\u010ditelsk\u00e9 profese, ale tak\u00e9 na zku\u0161enostech a poznatc\u00edch modern\u00edho vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro pr\u00e1ci s\u00a0\u017e\u00e1ky a studenty v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 a budouc\u00ed dob\u011b. V\u00fdraznou dev\u00edzou v\u00a0tomto vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jak u\u010ditel\u016f, tak n\u00e1sledn\u011b \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a student\u016f, je osobn\u00ed z\u00e1jem a nad\u0161en\u00ed pro pohybov\u00e9 aktivity, kter\u00e9 je z\u00e1kladem dlouhodob\u00e9ho, celo\u017eivotn\u00edho vztahu k pohybu.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 poznatky z\u00a0oblasti vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00fdchov\u011b mohou v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u011bt k\u00a0\u00farovni vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0tomto oboru.
