Zejm\u00e9na v zahrani\u010dn\u00edch publikac\u00edch se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me se srovn\u00e1n\u00edm rodinn\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte a jeho \u0161koln\u00edmi v\u00fdsledky. V dne\u0161n\u00ed globalizovan\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti op\u011bt vzr\u016fst\u00e1 v\u00fdznam sledov\u00e1n\u00ed a anal\u00fdzy dan\u00fdch faktoru s c\u00edlem identifikovat mo\u017en\u00e9 rizikov\u00e9 oblasti a hled\u00e1n\u00ed cest k jejich p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice s v posledn\u00edch letech za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji objevovat projekty zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na rozvoj gramotnosti v rodinn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed, pr\u00e1ci s d\u011btmi ze znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a vylou\u010den\u00fdch lokalit. In particular, it aims to foster the development of abilities that enable students not only to understand a message, analyze it and critically evaluate its content, but also express himself or herself and formulate his or her opinions. Therefore, for adequate communication in a foreign language it is necessary that the learning process is complex and encompasses all four language skills listening and reading comprehension, oral and written expression.<\/p>\n<p>The monothematic issue of Gramotnost, pregramotnost a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed targets works addressing the development of communicative competence as a goal of foreign language education from the perspective of both the teacher and the pupil. In the centre of our interest there are papers dealing with the literacy skill of reading.
