The concert should be organized in the same semester in which the student applies for the state exam but no later than two weeks before the exam. The length of the concert should be 30 \u2013 60 minutes, which means that the event can be shared by two students.<\/p>\n<p>Assessment criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>performance of the conductor<\/li>\n<li>performance of the choir<\/li>\n<li>dramaturgy of the concert<\/li>\n<li>presentation of the concert, programme etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Didactics of choral singing and presentation of choral literature<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Before the examination the student selects one particular composition from each of the following historical periods and prepares its didactical presentation, i.e. analysis regarding the process of rehearsing and interpretation (motivation, way of performance, analysis of the means of expression and musical form, method of rehearsing, aspects of intonation, rhythm, voice training, conducting, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>The student brings two copies of the selected sheet music to the examination. It is recommended to use the same composition as a material for the concrete formulation of the second (methodology) part of the question.<\/p>\n<p>1.<br \/>\na) \u00a0European Renaissance music.<br \/>\nb) Factors influencing the choice of choral compositions. Dramaturgy of the public choir performance.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\na) \u00a0\u00a0Vocal and vocal-instrumental music of the Baroque period.<br \/>\nb) Rhythmic education in choir \u2013 system, aim, forms, types of rhythmical exercises. Rhythmical problems in vocal music and their solution.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\na) \u00a0Choral compositions of Czech and\/or European Classicism.<br \/>\nb) Warming up in the choir. Vocal exercises: their construction in terms of music, articulation, vocal range, etc.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\na) \u00a0Choral compositions of European Romanticism.<br \/>\nb) Basic methods of intonation, aids for vocal intonation (mainly solmisation syllables). Orff and Kod\u00e1ly intonation methods.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\na) The main composers of Czech Romanticism.<br \/>\nb) Basic steps for rehearsing one-voice choral compositions by imitation.<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\na) \u00a0Czech choral compositions of the 1<sup>st<\/sup> half of the 20<sup>th <\/sup>century<sup>.<\/sup>b) Specific problems in rehearsing two-voice compositions including preparatory exercises for two-voice singing.<\/p>\n<p>7.<br \/>\na) Czech choral compositions of the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> half of the 20<sup>th <\/sup>century.<br \/>\nb) Sight-singing in rehearsing choral compositions, including choice of composition and preparatory exercises.<\/p>\n<p>8.<br \/>\na) Choral compositions of the 20<sup>th<\/sup> century in the world.<br \/>\nb) Musical means of expression that organize music in tone space and in time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Discussion about final concert The final concert represents the artistic conclusion of the study.
