Implementace spole\u010dn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice s sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1roky na person\u00e1ln\u00ed zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vyu\u010dovac\u00edho procesu na \u0161kol\u00e1ch. Nap\u0159\u00edklad po\u010dty asistent\u016f pedagoga na z\u00e1kladn\u00edch a st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch, k nim\u017e SP sv\u00fdmi absolventy p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1, meziro\u010dn\u011b vzr\u016fstaj\u00ed s nad\u00e1le rostouc\u00edm po\u010dtem \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami, kte\u0159\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00ed toto podp\u016frn\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed a sou\u010dasn\u011b s rostouc\u00edm z\u00e1jmem \u0161kol o kvalitn\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00ed zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed tzv. spole\u010dn\u00e9ho (inkluzivn\u00edho) vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Statistiky ministerstva \u0161kolstv\u00ed dokl\u00e1daj\u00ed, \u017ee za posledn\u00ed t\u0159i roky stoupl po\u010det asistent\u016f pedagoga ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch v \u010cR na v\u00edce ne\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobek, z 10.382 asistent\u016f pedagoga v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2015 na 21.039 asistent\u016f pedagoga v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2018 (M\u0160MT, 2019, online). Stejn\u00fd trend je v evropsk\u00e9m \u0161kolstv\u00ed, kde mohou absolventi Univerzity Karlovy tak\u00e9 naj\u00edt pracovn\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed (zejm\u00e9na ve Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii, Finsku a \u0158ecku).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003300\"><strong>Uplatn\u011bn\u00ed absolvent\u016f studijn\u00edho programu Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogika &#8211; NMgr.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Uplatn\u011bn\u00ed absolvent\u016f programu Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogika se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 v pracovn\u00edch poradensk\u00fdch pozic\u00edch, ve kter\u00fdch budou v osobn\u00edm kontaktu s d\u011btmi, \u017e\u00e1ky \u010di dosp\u011bl\u00fdmi osobami se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm. Budou prov\u00e1d\u011bt speci\u00e1ln\u011bpedagogickou diagnostiku, navrhovat a konstruovat individu\u00e1ln\u00ed pl\u00e1ny. V\u00e9st intervence a speci\u00e1ln\u011bpedagogick\u00e9 poradenstv\u00ed, jednat a kooperovat s odborn\u00edky na mezioborov\u00e9 \u00farovni. V\u00e9st intervence a logopedick\u00e9 a surdopedick\u00e9 poradenstv\u00ed, jednat a kooperovat s odborn\u00edky na mezioborov\u00e9 \u00farovni.
