Koncepce a rozvoj speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogiky byly od po\u010d\u00e1tku p\u0159edznamen\u00e1ny kooperac\u00ed p\u0159edstavitel\u016f\u00a0 r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u011bdn\u00edch obor\u016f, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch, psychologick\u00fdch a pedagogick\u00fdch. V\u00a0pades\u00e1t\u00fdch\u00a0letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed se speci\u00e1ln\u011b pedagogick\u00e1 teorie vyv\u00edjela relativn\u011b autonomn\u011b, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm d\u00edky zakladateli oboru\u00a0 prof. Sov\u00e1kovi, kter\u00fd ji sv\u00fdm reflexologick\u00fdm pojet\u00edm poskytl pot\u0159ebnou ochranu. Takto vytvo\u0159en\u00fd\u00a0 teoretick\u00fd r\u00e1mec se v\u0161ak po mnoho let stal t\u011b\u017eko p\u0159ekro\u010diteln\u00fdm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a vedl k jist\u00e9 uzav\u0159enosti. V devades\u00e1t\u00fdch letech se objevily prvn\u00ed pokusy o definov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho paradigmatu\u00a0 oboru a s n\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00ed koncepce studia. P\u0159\u00edstup k informac\u00edm a odborn\u00e9 literatu\u0159e, jako\u017e i st\u00e1le se\u00a0 prohlubuj\u00edc\u00ed kontakt s p\u0159edstaviteli speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogiky\u00a0\u00a0 z vysp\u011bl\u00fdch demokratick\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f, ke\u00a0 kter\u00e9mu do\u0161lo po listopadu 1989, p\u0159inesly mo\u017enost srovn\u00e1n\u00ed. Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00e1 \u010desk\u00e1 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogika je srovnateln\u00e1 s mezin\u00e1rodn\u011b uzn\u00e1vanou aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed odbornou \u00farovn\u00ed a jej\u00ed v\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed do\u00a0 evropsk\u00fdch i celosv\u011btov\u00fdch struktur by nem\u011blo b\u00fdt probl\u00e9mov\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"odsazeni\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogika je na PedF UK relativn\u011b mlad\u00fdm samostatn\u00fdm studijn\u00edm oborem, t\u0159eba\u017ee p\u00e9\u010de o osoby se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm m\u00e1 u n\u00e1s dlouholetou tradici. Dynamick\u00fd rozvoj pozn\u00e1n\u00ed v oboru speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogika p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed nutnost inovace koncepc\u00ed studijn\u00edho oboru a p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed katedru speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogiky na PedF UK k nutnosti t\u011bsn\u011bji\u00a0 kooperovat s jin\u00fdmi katedrami a fakultami u n\u00e1s i v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. P\u016fsobnost speci\u00e1ln\u00edch pedagog\u016f v souvislosti s prosazuj\u00edc\u00edm se trendem vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch hlavn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho proudu a v souladu s c\u00edli aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed politiky \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky v sou\u010dasnosti p\u0159ekra\u010duje r\u00e1mec \u0161kol a \u0161kolsk\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch\u00a0 p\u0159ednostn\u011b\u00a0 ur\u010den\u00fdch pro vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami (d\u0159\u00edve speci\u00e1ln\u00edch \u0161kol) a nal\u00e9z\u00e1 vyu\u017eit\u00ed ve prosp\u011bch po\u010detn\u00e9 kategorie \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami vzd\u011bl\u00e1van\u00fdch na z\u00e1kladn\u00edch a st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho typu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"odsazeni\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Nov\u011b koncipovan\u00fd obor speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogika se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed poskytuje absolvent\u016fm odbornou profilaci v oblasti v\u00fdchovn\u011b vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho p\u0159edm\u011btu a speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogiky a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed tak zejm\u00e9na na druh\u00e9m stupni z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol a na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed efektivn\u00edho pr\u016fb\u011bhu vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho procesu a k zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed takov\u00fdch inovac\u00ed do v\u00fduky, kter\u00e9 budou reflektovat speci\u00e1ln\u00ed eduka\u010dn\u00ed pot\u0159eby znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch jedinc\u016f i minoritn\u00edch skupin v d\u016fsledku zdravotn\u00edho posti\u017een\u00ed, soci\u00e1ln\u00edho znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00ed, jazykov\u00e9, etnick\u00e9 \u010di n\u00e1rodnostn\u00ed odli\u0161nosti a vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho nad\u00e1n\u00ed a talentu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"odsazeni\" style=\"text-align: justify\">V doktorsk\u00e9m studiu jsou na Kated\u0159e speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogiky PedF UK v Praze vychov\u00e1v\u00e1ni odborn\u00edci \u0161irok\u00e9ho spektra speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogiky, schopn\u00ed rozv\u00edjet obor v\u00a0tomto nov\u00e9m pojet\u00ed a schopn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed problematiku \u017eivota zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch \u010dlen\u016f na\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti. Obsah doktorsk\u00e9ho studia se orientuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na problematiku zdokonalov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivota zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch lid\u00ed v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0jejich zapojen\u00edm do spole\u010dnosti.
