The autor deals in his study with the integration of the educational interaction in a broader context of the educational process. He gives evidence that there is no isolated phenomenon in question but a whole structure if interhumane relations mutually influencing each other and being dynamically developed in which a significant place is occupied by the teacher-student relation. The simplified bipolar concept of the educational interaction between the teacher and the pupil is being submitted to an analysis and is confronted with a multidimensional concept proceeding from a common goal if the interaction to which the participants of that interaction tend as independent subjects. Possibilities of that approach are indicated and so are its perspectives in the modernization of the educational process and the conditionality of the further development through social changes.
