The concept of reflection and self-reflection has recently been becoming increasingly important in the process of pre-service training of prospective teachers. However, this concept is not the only theoretical principle in the training of professional skills. It is also efficient to implement a constructivist theory of learning and the element of teachers‘ hope. If professional training of prospective teachers is expected to develop their professional skills, it must be based on an attempt to understand their pre-concepts and subjective theories. Adequately designed training programmes in pre-service teacher training together with adequate strategies and techniques can help to develop didactic attitudes in prospective teachers.
