The authors try to find out whether the primary schools chosen for the purpose of first attempts for school institution humanisation (1992-1993), differs one from the other in pupil’s stress risks indicators in dependence on previously defined distinctions in the social background quality related to school work. On the basis of the results achieved they are coming to the conclusion that both the pupil's distress and the strain relates closely to the way of school administration. They recommend schools the communicative programmes aimed al health support.
