Introducing educational changes in schools can be successful only when the subsystems of the school institution system are congruent. The organizational subsystem is mainly the decisive factor of a successful implementation of a change. The author analyses more in detail two contrasting organizational models among CaMaPe models. Me shows how such caracteristics as team collaboration, teacher's autonomy and teachers' culture can be influenced by the specific type of organizational model.
