The article deals with possibilities of the diagnostics of perspective diagrams of teachers with exploiting the accumulation analysis. As the input data for that analysis the evaluation of the pupils of a certain sixth form made by the teacher who taught natural science there was on service. That teacher evaluated the learners both in the area of the complex characteristics such as industry, talets, sympathy to the pupils, the learner’s interest in the school subject and his or her perspective orientation, and in the area of psychologically more differenciated characteristics — the predominant subjective motivation stimulations for the learning. The accumulation analysis marked of three types of learners, expressively characteristic from the teacher’s point of view, which however did not differ from the point of view of the learner’s self-perception.
