One of the very interesting features of the Waldorf (Steiner) school's pedagogy is the organization of lessons containing specific forms (main lessons, traditional 40-45 minutes lessons and modules). The very structure of this organization is based on Steiner's "snthroposophical pedagogy". At the same time it seems to answer many needs of so-called "traditional" schools which were exprossed in numerous works of so-called "traditional" educators. However, these nedds have been seldom, if at all realized. Pedagogy of Waldorf (Steiner) school this way offers theoretical conception and long lasting practise of specific teaching organization. This should be taken into account in the process of transformation of the Czech school system.
