The contribution represents an experiment whose goal it was to find proper procedures of structuring a videoterminal picture with a dynamic structure. It introduces an introductory actual hypothesis of structuring a statistic picture and working hypotheses whose validity is being verified by the author.
In the experiment a complex of model pictures consisting of different compositions of letters with varied dynamics of one of them was put to a test of visual perception, ln sixteen varieties of pictures, elementary places, directions and types of dynamics applied in the Videoterminal picture were exhausted. In the experiment the method of a limited exposition was used, which had proved its validity and reliability in the author’s previous researches. The method was adapted to the conditions of a dynamic videoterminal picture and verified by a pre-research in which the subordinate variables had been stabilized.
The experiment covered the determined goal. In an exact way, on a representative sample, it verified procedures of structuring a videoterminal picture with a dynamic structure. It brought a number of interesting information which were summerized into eleven theses. The principal conclusions were formulated into concrete application inputs aimed at developing and using programmes presented on the monitors.
