The contribution brings some aspects of the problems of investigating the effectivity in the education, submits the chosen starting-points of this investigation, and formulates its elementary goal, that is the increase of the educational effectivity of the teaching videoprogrammes. The major condition for covering this goal is the developing of an adequate method and methodology enabling exact measuring of educational effectivity of the teaching videoprogrammes. In the contribution that method and its methodological exploitation are described and illustrated in graphs. The method and methodology applied in the research were verified in this investigation in whose duration a set of videoprogrammes were put to a number of tests.
The method applied here realized the demand to provide a sensitive instrument for the analysis of a teaching videoprogramme, and that from the point of view of teaching information contained in the programme, an instrument able to quantify the qualitative structure of any piece of information.
Thus the basic presupposition for objective and exact measurements of any teaching information at both the input and output of the programme was created as well as the possibility of finding its educational effectivity. Above all, however, such a presupposition for pushing forward this educational effectivity of the teaching videoprogrammes was found, that is able to cater for increasing that pedagogical effectivity of the programmes mentioned here, and that through the reconstruction of those pieces of teaching information, whose reception showed serious insufficiences. The capability to make a diagnosis of teaching information and to identify them precisely was verified by the method applied in the research.
