In connection with the realization of
a project for further development of the
Czechoslovak system of education, systems of internal management of individual at levels and types of elementary and high schools are being investigated in the framework of a united departmental plan RS IV-04.
The author of this article informs us about the basic course and principal substantial and methodological information and conclusions reached at in this research program. He devotes much attention to the analysis of actual theoretical questions and problems, the solution of which could instigate furhter development of scientific comprehension in this field, and also the efforts for the improvement of the system of management.
