Education inculcating the Marxist-Leninist world outlook is a permanent and inseparable part, the basis of the formation of socialist consciousness of people. The effectiveness of the school’s educational work has always been both directly and indirectly dependent on the comprehensiveness and intensity of its world-outlook educational activities. There is no such area or sector of he school’s educational work where the criterion of world outlook ahould not be, in the long run, decisive. The goals, the content arid the means of education in the narrow sense and at school in general acquire their Marxist- Leninist world-outlook character through purposeful pedagogical world-outlook regulation. The essence of the process of world-outlook regulation consists in the fact that it purposefully influences, regulates and ’’adjusts“ pedagogically the given structures in such a way as to let them have Marxist-Leninist world-outlook character at each step and stage of their being made concrete, and on the basis of this, to make the entire educational process aim at the formation of complete and solid foundations of the Marxist-Leninist world outlook in all who are being educated.
