This text is focused on basic strategies to minimise plagiarism which are implemented by the educational institution. The goal it to analyse the problems of the approach of the educational institution in the field of preventive and repressive strategies to reduce plagiarism and differences in tackling cases of plagiarism in an institution with an integrated anti-plagiarism strategy and an institution without it. The three basic subjects on which educational institutions seeking to minimise plagiarism focus are students, teachers and in some cases parents (legal guardians). The author considers both preventive and repressive strategies applied by educational institutions to these subjects.
