In this article the author generalizes the results of research into the aesthetic aspect of the v/orking activities of pupils of the General Educational School. The research leads to the conclusion that aesthetic sensations experienced in process of v^ork are the most important element of the love of work as a moral quality. In order to instill real love of work into the children, it is necessary to fill the pupils’ childhood and adolescence with beautiful, aestetically satiated work. The realization of the mastery, perfection and beauty of the working process greatly enhances the the attractive force of work. Forms of that sort of work which gives pleasure and joy are gradually transferred from a small school plot of land and from the cabinet of living nature into the fields and productive work, in which the older pupils take part.
Real and aesthetically full work in the period of childhood and adolescence is one of the essential conditions for work to become the organic necessity of nlan.
