The article deals with the problem of ascertaining and evaluating teaching results in the pedagogical research. The author gives a concrete example of the construction of a standard test of the knowledge of Ohm’s Law for the Basic School pupils together with the calculations of its statistic parameters. Besides the average, the dispersion and the reliability of the test, she also studies the standard of marking and evaluating the pupils’ results. She aims at making up a didactic test finding out the quality and the pattern of knowledge in physics and shows the possibility of using the methods of mathematical statistics to pronounce objective conclusions for pedagogical research. The results of the test give us an idea of the quality of knowledge in physics. The standard didactic-test with a clear pedagogical purpose is presented here as a significant device in pedagogical research.
