Co maj\u00ed v\u0161echny tyto p\u0159edm\u011bty spole\u010dn\u00e9, jsou rozvinut\u00e9 dovednosti porozum\u011bn\u00ed textu neboli funk\u010dn\u00ed \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 gramotnost. To plat\u00ed pro\u00a0v\u0161echny \u0161koln\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011bty, jen se to mus\u00ed vzt\u00e1hnout k jejich specifick\u00e9mu obsahu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PhDr. Martin Rusek, Ph.D.: Projektov\u00e9 a badatelsky orientovan\u00e9 vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed: Co je a co nen\u00ed projekt?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ve \u0161koln\u00ed praxi \u010dasto b\u00fdv\u00e1 za projektovou v\u00fduku ozna\u010dov\u00e1na jak\u00e1koli komplexn\u00ed forma skupinov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, co\u017e nen\u00ed v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0krit\u00e9rii projektov\u00e9 v\u00fduky. Smyslem semin\u00e1\u0159e je vyt\u0159\u00edbit rozli\u0161ovac\u00ed schopnost \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f stran rozli\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed, co je a co nen\u00ed \u0161koln\u00ed projekt. N\u00e1pln\u00ed je tak\u00e9 n\u00e1cvik tvorby \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00e1 je z\u00e1kladn\u00edm stavebn\u00edm kamenem funk\u010dn\u00ed badatelsky orientovan\u00e9 v\u00fduky, s podporou mezip\u0159edm\u011btov\u00fdch vztah\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) ZAM\u011a\u0158ENO NA U\u010cITELE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PhDr. Zbyn\u011bk N\u011bmec, Ph.D. (UK): Kompetence asistenta pedagoga a\u00a0nastaven\u00ed jeho spolupr\u00e1ce s\u00a0u\u010ditelem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Semin\u00e1\u0159 je zam\u011b\u0159en na porozum\u011bn\u00ed profesi asistenta pedagoga, vymezen\u00ed kompetenc\u00ed asistent\u016f pedagoga ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce asistenta s u\u010ditelem. \u00a0Vzhledem k \u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1le mo\u017en\u00fdch uplatn\u011bn\u00ed pedagogick\u00fdch asistent\u016f, jejich\u017e \u010dinnost m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi rozmanit\u00e1, vymezujeme kompetence asistenta pedagoga p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm negativn\u011b \u2013 pozornost je tak v\u011bnov\u00e1na \u010dinnostem, kter\u00e9 by asistent pedagoga vykon\u00e1vat nem\u011bl a kter\u00e9 by m\u011bly z\u016fst\u00e1vat v n\u00e1plni pr\u00e1ce samotn\u00e9ho u\u010ditele. \u00a0O zku\u0161enosti z praxe i o poznatky z v\u00fdzkum\u016f se pak op\u00edraj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed v oblasti spolupr\u00e1ce asistenta pedagoga s u\u010ditelem, sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed semin\u00e1\u0159e bude i prostor pro dotazy a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f z praxe \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PhDr. Hana Sot\u00e1kov\u00e1 (UK): <\/strong><strong>U\u010ditel &#8211; syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st u\u010ditelsk\u00e9 profese<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bude se jednat o interaktivn\u00ed semin\u00e1\u0159, ve kter\u00e9m se bude pracovat s testem syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed a\u00a0diskutovat o mo\u017enosti jeho p\u0159edch\u00e1zen\u00ed. Syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed je jedn\u00edm z negativn\u00edch jev\u016f, kter\u00e9 s\u00a0sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed profese u\u010ditele. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee jsou u\u010ditel\u00e9 ka\u017ed\u00fd den vystavov\u00e1ni v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdkonu sv\u00e9 profese n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdm situac\u00edm v oblasti odborn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravy, tak soci\u00e1ln\u00edch vztah\u016f a\u00a0komunikace, setk\u00e1v\u00e1me se s v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm rizikem vzniku syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed. V r\u00e1mci semin\u00e1\u0159e budou diskutov\u00e1ny p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny vzniku dan\u00e9ho syndromu, ale i metody, jak mu p\u0159edej\u00edt.
