{"id":38,"date":"2013-05-22T12:58:13","date_gmt":"2013-05-22T10:58:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/userweb.pedf.cuni.cz\/wp\/vp\/?page_id=38"},"modified":"2013-07-01T11:19:17","modified_gmt":"2013-07-01T09:19:17","slug":"cil-projektu","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pages.pedf.cuni.cz\/vp\/info-o-projektu\/cil-projektu\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00edl projektu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">C\u00edl projektu<\/span><\/b><\/p> <p>C\u00edlem projektu je v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 inovace programu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdchovn\u00fdch poradc\u016f, realizovan\u00e9ho na PedF UK \u2013 kated\u0159e psychologie a jeho realizace pro minim\u00e1ln\u011b 45 vybran\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f z\u00e1kladn\u00edch a st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje.\u00a0 \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci z\u00edskaj\u00ed v\u00a0r\u00e1mci tohoto projektu vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 pro kvalifikovanou pr\u00e1ci v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho poradce, kter\u00e9 vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z\u00a0po\u017eadavk\u016f stanoven\u00fdch vyhl\u00e1\u0161kou 72\/2005 Sb., o poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed poradensk\u00fdch slu\u017eeb ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch a \u0161kolsk\u00fdch poradensk\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch ve zn\u011bn\u00ed vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky \u010d. 116\/2011 Sb. Vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed program vych\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0dlouhodob\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti se vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm v\u00fdchovn\u00fdch poradc\u016f na PedF UK, kated\u0159e psychologie \/od roku 1993\/. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci projektu bude nab\u00edzen inovovan\u00fd vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed program, kter\u00fd akcentuje podporu kompetenc\u00ed budouc\u00edch v\u00fdchovn\u00fdch poradc\u016f v\u00a0oblasti kari\u00e9rov\u00e9ho poradenstv\u00ed a volby dal\u0161\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed dr\u00e1hy \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, v\u011bnuje zv\u00fd\u0161enou pozornost specifik\u016fm p\u00e9\u010de o \u017e\u00e1ky \u2013 cizince a vybav\u00ed v\u00fdchovn\u00e9 poradce dostate\u010dn\u00fdm teoretick\u00fdm z\u00e1zem\u00edm i praktick\u00fdmi dovednostmi v\u00a0oblasti nejen diagnostiky, ale i intervence na poli soci\u00e1ln\u00edho klimatu t\u0159\u00eddy a \u0161koly. Vhodn\u00e1 intervence a p\u00e9\u010de o soci\u00e1ln\u00ed prostor \u0161koly se pak odraz\u00ed ve vlastn\u00edch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch kompetenc\u00edch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f.<\/p> <p>Vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed program je koncipov\u00e1n jako 250 hodinov\u00fd, je rozd\u011blen do 11 tematick\u00fdch v\u00fdukov\u00fdch blok\u016f, kter\u00e9 budou realizov\u00e1ny na 9 t\u0159\u00eddenn\u00edch semin\u00e1\u0159\u00edch. V\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu druh\u00e9ho roku studia budouc\u00ed v\u00fdchovn\u00ed poradci absolvuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 t\u00fddenn\u00ed st\u00e1\u017e v\u00a0pedagogicko- psychologick\u00e9 poradn\u011b, kter\u00e1 jim umo\u017en\u00ed nastartovat bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0poradensk\u00fdmi za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi v\u00a0dan\u00e9 lokalit\u011b.\u00a0 Pro podporu samostudia budouc\u00edch v\u00fdchovn\u00fdch poradc\u016f bude vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no aplikace Moodle, kter\u00e1 umo\u017en\u00ed e-learningovou formu v\u00fduky.<\/p> <p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Popis c\u00edlov\u00e9 skupiny<\/span><\/b><\/p> <p>C\u00edlovou skupinu projektu jsou pedagogi\u010dt\u00ed pracovn\u00edci \u2013 u\u010ditel\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00edch a st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol (podm\u00ednkou je ukon\u010den\u00e9 magistersk\u00e9 studium), kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed z\u00e1jem o roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed sv\u00e9 kvalifikace v\u00a0oblasti v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho poradenstv\u00ed, tedy z\u00e1jemci o tento post na \u0161kol\u00e1ch ve st\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9m kraji. Jedn\u00e1 se minim\u00e1ln\u011b o 45 pedagogick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed budou v\u00a0projektu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1ni. Sekund\u00e1rn\u011b jsou c\u00edlovou skupinou i v\u00fdchovn\u00ed poradci, kte\u0159\u00ed ji\u017e na jin\u00fdch ne\u017e zapojen\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch p\u016fsob\u00ed a kte\u0159\u00ed budou m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0metodick\u00fdm i studijn\u00edm materi\u00e1l\u016fm vznikl\u00fdm v\u00a0tomto projektu a mohou je vyu\u017e\u00edt k\u00a0vlastn\u00edmu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p> <p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">P\u0159\u00ednos pro c\u00edlovou skupinu<\/span><\/b><\/p> <p>P\u0159\u00ednos projektu pro pedagogick\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky\u00a0 spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed a osvojen\u00ed nov\u00fdch znalost\u00ed a dovednost\u00ed, z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nasedaj\u00ed na pot\u0159eby ka\u017edodenn\u00edho p\u016fsoben\u00ed na \u0161kole v\u00a0pozici v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho poradce.\u00a0 Prost\u0159edkem k\u00a0tomu je teoretick\u00e9 i praktick\u00e9\u00a0 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a pro\u0161kolen\u00ed v\u00a0okruz\u00edch t\u00e9mat, kter\u00e1 byla vybr\u00e1na tak, aby reflektovala nejen \u010dinnosti, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 dle vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky v\u00fdchovn\u00fd poradce napl\u0148ovat, ale aby tak\u00e9 reflektovala re\u00e1ln\u00e9 pot\u0159eby praxe. Jedn\u00e1 se o t\u00e9mata: 1) Kari\u00e9rov\u00e9 poradenstv\u00ed, poradenstv\u00ed p\u0159i volb\u011b \u0161koly a povol\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0 2) \u0160koln\u00ed t\u0159\u00edda, pedagogick\u00e9 veden\u00ed a diagnostika \u0161koln\u00edho a t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edho klimatu 3) Vztah rodiny, \u017e\u00e1ka a \u0161koly 4) Integrace \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami s\u00a0akcentem na \u017e\u00e1ky cizince, 5) v\u00fdchovn\u011b probl\u00e9mov\u00fd \u017e\u00e1k, 6) Nadan\u00fd \u017e\u00e1k, 7) V\u00fdvojov\u00e9 a v\u00fdchovn\u00e9 komplikace a odchylky 8) monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed, evaluace a autoevaluace v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho poradenstv\u00ed, 9) Pr\u00e1vn\u00ed r\u00e1mec poradensk\u00fdch slu\u017eeb ve \u0161kole, 10) poradenstv\u00ed \u2013 stav a v\u00fdvoj v\u00a0\u010cR a ve sv\u011bt\u011b.\u00a0 Specifick\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos budou m\u00edt pro \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00e9 \u00fakoly, na kter\u00fdch budou pracovat, i produkty, kter\u00e9 jim budou ke studiu poskytov\u00e1ny: Praxe v\u00a0pedagogicko- psychologick\u00e9 poradn\u011b slou\u017e\u00ed vhledu do syst\u00e9mu p\u00e9\u010de o \u017e\u00e1ka, umo\u017e\u0148uje nahl\u00e9dnout do postupu a zp\u016fsobu pr\u00e1ce v\u00a0jin\u00e9 instituci a jin\u00fdch odborn\u00edk\u016f (psycholog, speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagog), umo\u017e\u0148uje nav\u00e1zat nov\u00e9 kontakty, \u010di upevnit\u00a0 a prohloubit st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci. V\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu studia budou \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci v\u00e9st portfolio, kter\u00e9 dokumentuje a odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed jejich zp\u016fsob \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch situac\u00ed ve \u0161kole, dokumentuje jejich schopnost diagnostiky \u0161koln\u00edho klimatu a pr\u00e1ce se t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edm kolektivem, postupy p\u0159i kari\u00e9rov\u00e9m poradenstv\u00ed pro \u017e\u00e1ky, techniky veden\u00ed rozhovor\u016f. Je materi\u00e1lem, ke kter\u00e9mu se lze vracet, sd\u00edlet prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm n\u011bj zku\u0161enosti s\u00a0kolegy.
