The idea is proved with the application of theoretical knowledge of structure, projects, functioning and measurement of effectivity of systems on the problems of programmed learning. The methodical questions are here especially stressed. There are mentioned some projection methods of systems, some methods of structural, procedures and time analysis of systems etc. At last the attention is drown to the research work in field of human relations and to the possibility of using them within the theory of Programmed learning.
