The transformation of education requires exercitation of progressive thoughts. The enforcement of the humanistic - creative approach to education leads to examination of non-cognitive components of personality. In this context the concept of emotional intelligence could become a theoretical principal for the transformation of the education. On the basis of the burn-out effect measurement of students, external students and teachers from the „field“ we have found that the teachers had suffered from a high degree of the „burn-out“ . Therefore it’s necessary to create rehabilitations and preventive programs for them.
