Analysis of the social-cognitive theory of A. Bandura is carried out in this article. Three educationally relevant problems circles are being paid attention here. The first of them is the theory of learning. Here the emphasis is put on the cognitive and anticipative character of learning and on the relative independence of the learning on reinforeement. The second problems cirle is the stating of factors participating in the learning regulation. The third is the extending of the theory of learning to the anticipation, not only to that of connections of the behaviour and its consequences, but also to that of the inner processes of an individual (more exactly "self" and the organization and choise of a certain behaviour).
