(EN) The process of self-realization and the creative activity of the youth

The processes of the self-realization are connected with the development of creative activities of young people. They are determined by critical moments of this development which occur in the course of young people’s life careers. They are the decision making concerning the choice of their professional direction, the results of their selective schools entrance examinations, their capability of adaptation in the beginning of the study of a certain branch or school, taking up a job, the choice of a further study. The acceptance of the identity of being mature can be threatened by identity deficits that may lead to motivation crises and identity conflicts which can result in situation crises. The process of a young man’s or woman’s identification with his or her self-conception and the profession concerning the situation of creativity are important psychic regulators when realizing the act of creativity and creating.
