(EN) Problems Connected with the Transmission of Theoretical Findings on the Development of the Personality of the Pupil into Practice

The article deals with the problem of further education as it had been worked out by the author together with a team of researchers in the course of the 7th Five Year Plan. As a decisive actual topic of further education, from the point of view of requirements presented in the documents on the development of the Czechoslovak system of education, she considers the problem of cooperation of pedagogical workers in their efforts to develop the personality of the pupil (transmission of theoretical information on the utilization of psychic potentialities of the pupil into school practice).
The reader is being acquainted with the general conception of this research with the aid of the hypotheses of the research which are presented in this article and which refer to the theory of this research as well as to empirical probes. The cooperation and the education of pedagogical workers for cooperation is based on the structure of factors of educational activities of the pedagogical workers which can de planned and controlled. These activities evoke the structure of the activity of the pupils which embraces the whole structure of the pupil’s personality (activities of an informational and methodological character, activities regulating social relations of the pupils and communicative activities; activities involving social values — activities pertaining to the adoption of social values, asserting of values and acting with respect to them; activities which unfold or compénsalo biological bases of the pupil’s personality as well as that pertaining to experience).
So far, the educational activities of the teachers are not purposefully structured in a way that would encompass the general structure of pupil’s personality and which would be aimed to utilize the psychic potentialities of the pupil. An experimental transformation of this state with the aid of further education of pedagogical workers realizes long-termedly the given conception. This experimental transformation served as preparation for the working out of a proposition of a model of a running education of pedagogical workers of elementary schools and their faculties. The article characterizes the leading ideas of the model of this education as a model for the transfer of theoretical knowledge on the development of the pupil’s personality into the practice of the schools.
