(EN) On some socio-psychological determinants in the development of the pupil's personality

The set of problems involved in sociopsychological perception and reflection is also, besides social psychology, one of the topical subjects in pedagogico-psychological theory and practice, where it is of special significance as one of the factors which can contribute considerably to increasing the efficiency of the educational process and contribute to realizing the development of personality ia school conditions. The school should also, besides other objectives, purposefully and consciously provide for the preparation of pupils for life in social groups and for interhuman relations in general. From this point of view, the aim of educational work ought to be a socially mature individual, characterized by social competence, autonomous morale and pro-social behaviour.
