The pedagogical informational environment as one kind of social informational environments is characterised by the respective pedagogical process, by the number and the level of those participating in it, and finally by the general organisation of this process. It always consists of several individual informational environments (belonging to individual participants in the pedagogical process) and one leading informational environment (belonging to the person in charge of the pedagogical process). Within the framework of the pedagogical environment informational processes are going on, which concern all the participants. It is the perfection of the course of these processes that the efficiency of the whole pedagogical process depends on. Distinction is made in the article between the reception, perception, understanding, retention and use of the information made available during the pedagogical process. Analysis is made of the problem of making as many participants in the pedagogical process as possible receive, perceive, understand, retain and, at the same time, also use the information made available to them. In conclusion, the article sums up what the pedagogical environment should look like in order to be able to favourably influence the efficiency of all the given educational process.
