(EN) The peudologics and the professionality gradation of educational workers

The author understands the peudologics to be a science about the optimahzation of the subjects of education when develop— ing the subject in the full sense of the word. Some elementary peudological concepts are being defined here, such as the staff of the educational system, educational professions, the specialization, the qualification, the educationalist. So e. g. everybody dealing with the children’s, youth or adults’ education as an employee of a certain institution (organization), and whose work is focused on the practice or theory of the educational activities or on their improving and managing is and educationalist.
The article also contains the perspective typology of an expert in education with a project of their qualification classes which stimulate their further education, creativity, and their complex profesional development and self-development.
