V textu se věnuji tématu začátku v profesi učitele z hlediska školní etnografie či interpretativní sociologie. U čtyř začínajících praktiků studuji především jejich socializaci v profesionálních komunitách, tedy jejich vstup mezi seniory profese. Zvláštní důraz je položen na otázku identity.
Annotation:
In this text the theme of the beginnings in teacher profession from the point of view of school ethnography and/or interpretative sociology is treated. The author studyies the socialization of four beginning practicioners. The entry among the seniors in their professional communities is referred to. Special emphasis is given to the issue of teachers identity.
Three types of socialization strategy - "offensive", "submissive" and "successive" strategy are found. Each strategy has special way how to create the professional identity. For each strategy, we found the system of symbolizing personal identifications. A special emphasis is given to negative identification.
