(EN) To the creation of the psychometric skills

The author’s starting point is a rather general concept of the skills, the psychomotoric skills being delimitated here as achieved psychomotoric activities whose level corresponds to the given educational goals and which reflect the learners' individual specialities. The reasons out how to controll the process of creating and developing the psychomotoric skills and deliminates the basic periods of this achieving process as follows: 1. The motivation period and that of developing the orientation schedule of the psychomotoric activities. 2. The period of practicing the psychomotoric activities. 3. The period of establishing those skills and of creating their more complicated structures.
4. The application period.
The author considers the developing of the orientation schedule an important one; here his base is the Soviet theory of developing the intellectual operations. The sense of this schedule is to make the learners realize from the very beginning the relations between the psychometric activitieson the base of understanding their principles. The schedule shows the pupils their way around the structure of a psychometric activity and gives them an instruction how to train it.
In the study the reader's attention is drawn to the exploiting of this instruction when controlling the process of achieving the psychomotoric skills.
