The article informs about the foundation of the theory of educational decision making elaborated by the author on the basis of the content and classification analysis, the dialectic and materialistic comparison and synthesis from the literature sources quoted here.
The author asks the following questions: What does the phenomenon educational decision making mean? Under which conditions is it realized? What is the object of the educational decision making? What does it consist of? How is it extended in time? What is it conditioned by? What is its characterization?
In the responds to individual questions the categorial system of the decision making is included [the decision making situation, the decision making tasks, the object of the educational decision, its subject, the compounds, the space, the strategy, the etaps, phases, factors etc.]
Further on the author suggests training in the complex of skills of decision making in educational situations with the future teachers. She describes the partial skills which should become the object of the training. A hypothesis about a possibility of exploiting the decize acitivation of the learning activities of the future teachers when acquiring the foundation of educational activity will be the object of another empiric research.
