(EN) The Basic Research in Pedagogic Disciplines in the 8th Five-Year Plan

The paper characterizes the task of the state plan of basic research in pedagogic disciplines for the first half of the 8*'' fiveyear plan 1986—90 called “Increasing of quality and effectiveness in education during the period of building up a developed socialist society ".Theoretical and practical goals of the task, its structure and general hypothesis are defined. The interpretation of methodological bases is given as well. The individual tasks are shortly characterized, there are named persons and work-places responsible for the solution. The task is understood in the continuity of the last period results but the paper also underlines the necessity to ask new questions and look for new approaches to the needs resulting from the period of further intensive social development.
