The environment of workers brings home to them the notion of socialist patriotism and proletarian internationalism and helps them to form their world outlook.
An important role in the education of our youth is played by foremen, technical instructors and workers. Their character, their working, political and pedagogical qualities are a decisive factor in shaping the pupils’ correct attitude to work and the working class. The help of the schoolteachers to the workers of the factory in raising their qualifications creates favourables conditions for an effective and joyful co-operation between the tw o educational institutions, where our pupils are being brought up.
