(EN) Forming of Pioneer Groups Among the Children of Younger School Age

The author raises the question concerning the extent of influence that the specific features of children’s age have upon the forms and ways of establishing Pioneer Groups; she is trying to lay down the main principles for forming Pioneer Groups in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade of the Elementary School.
Her work is based on an inquiry Into the activities of two Pioneer Sections of the 4th grade, whose activities can be regarded as typical. On the basis of an analysis of experiences drawn from the work of the Pioneer Organization, the author outlines the principles for the organization of Pioneer Groups and for the selection of topics for their work.
