The study reported here describes the questions of criteria for evaluating the results of the educational work. It directs the attention to the significance of evaluating process for shaping up the system of the communist education. It analyses the question of exact stating of the objective of education as the condition for evolution of results and also the question of working out the objective to the operational position, model situations in education. It brings up the analysis of behaviour, its complex, as the basical criteria for evaluating the results of education and the relationships of that behaviour to the intrinsic values of a subject of education. From this point of view it analyses the single elements of the complex behaviour as the concrete criteria for evaluating the results of the educational work. From this point of view it analyses the knowledge of the subjects being educated and the direction of that knowledge, initiative of a man, nature of making decisions and consequent activity, the need to make judgements about some problems, the relation of a man to collective, motives of self-education, evaluation of a man by other people, connection of the education with praxis. All those questions are also analysed from the point of feedback that is provided by evaluating the results, on the whole system of the educational work.
