Open Access and Copyright Policy

The proceedings papers from the international conference PBE are published under the open access model, defined under Budapest open access declarations. The full content of the articles published in the PBE conference proceedings is freely available for anyone to read, download, print, use, re-use and build upon. The published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial 4.0 International License , which permits unrestricted use, distribution and reproduction, free of charge, in any medium, provided that the original author(s) and original Publisher are given due credit.

Copyright for articles published in this journal is retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the conference proceedings. The authors retain ownership of the copyright for their article, but authors grant others permission to use the content of publications in the PBE proceedings in whole or in part provided that the original work is properly cited. Users (redistributors) of the PBE proceedings are required to cite the original source, including the author’s names, PBE as the initial source of publication, year of publication, pages and the WOS number (if available). Authors grant PBE the right of first and subsequent publication (in print or e-version). Although authors remain the copyright owner, they grant the PBE proceedings publisher the irrevocable, nonexclusive rights to publish, reproduce, publicly distribute and display, and transmit their article or portions thereof in any manner.
