Conference papers publishing process

The authors are advised to closely follow the instructions for authors when preparing their contribution for publication. Together with the manuscript, the authors must send an Author’s form (declaration of ethical and other possible conflict).

  • Contribution’s submission

Together with paper’s submission, author must declare ethical and other possible confilcts. By submission of the contribution, authors accept proceeding’s policy for copyright.

  • Initial screening by technical editor

The submission is checked by a technical editor who checks the authors provided all the required materials, also the format of the paper is checked.

  • Peer review process

The editor sends the manuscript to the assigned reviewers, manages the review process, and collects the reviewer’s reports. After the reviews, editors decide based on the review form about the next step: a) paper acceptance b) sending the paper for revisions c) rejecting the paper. In case their decision is inconclusive, another reviewer is assigned.

When paper’s revisions are needed, the contributing member works with his or her coauthors to revise the manuscript in response to the reviewers’ comments. The revised manuscript with marked changes are returned to the reviewers to ensure that their concerns have been adequately addressed. 

  • Final evaluation by editors

When the assigned editor is satisfied that the work has been appropriately reviewed and is suitable for proceedings, the manuscript be accepted. The accepted papers then undergo minor formatting changes and are composed into the proceedings.

  • Publishing

Before publishing, authors receive a pre-print version to confirm. After the conference proceedings’ publication, the editors submit the proceedings containing empirical texts for evaluation on CPCI of the Web of Science.
